REFUND POLICY
Last Updated: 2026-10-10
This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Use.
1. Please review before you pay
When you pay for a letter, we lock the document exactly as you approved it and send it to be printed and mailed. That happens quickly and automatically, and it cannot be undone.
Review your letter, the recipient's name, and the recipient's address carefully before paying. After payment, an order cannot be edited, recalled, or cancelled.
2. Orders are nonrefundable once payment completes
Because printing and mailing begin immediately and the cost is incurred as soon as your letter is submitted, all orders are final and nonrefundable once payment completes, except as described in Section 3.
In particular, we do not provide refunds for:
- changing your mind after paying;
- a typo, error, wrong name, or wrong address you entered;
- a letter you decided you should not have sent;
- the recipient's response, or lack of a response;
- the outcome of your dispute, claim, or matter;
- a letter that does not achieve what you hoped, or that turns out not to meet a legal or contractual requirement;
- normal delivery time, or delivery taking longer than our estimate; or
- mail delayed, misdelivered, refused, damaged, or lost by USPS after we hand it over.
3. When we will issue a refund
(a) We cancel your order before mailing it. If we cancel an order under our Terms before submitting it for printing, we refund the full amount.
(b) You were charged more than once for the same letter. If a technical error results in a duplicate charge, we refund the duplicate. Contact us and we will confirm it against our records.
(c) We failed to submit your letter. If your payment completed but a failure on our side meant your letter was never submitted for mailing, and we cannot submit it, we refund the full amount.
We may also resolve individual situations at our discretion. Nothing in this Policy creates a right to a refund beyond subsections (a) through (c).
4. Returned mail
If USPS returns your letter as undeliverable, we will tell you. A returned letter is not refundable — printing and postage were used. You are welcome to place a new order at the usual price with a corrected address.
5. Certified Mail and return receipts
Certified Mail is priced for the USPS service, tracking, and electronic return receipt we purchase on your behalf. If USPS does not produce a return receipt — for example, because the letter was refused, returned, or delivered without a signature being captured — the Certified Mail order remains nonrefundable, because the service was purchased and performed. We cannot guarantee that a receipt will be produced. See Section 12 of our Terms of Use.
6. Noticely Business subscriptions
Noticely Business renews automatically each month at $79.00. You may cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, including for partial months and for unused or expired letter credits. Credits have no cash value. If a letter paid for with a credit fails to be submitted for mailing because of a problem on our side, we return the credit. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact hello@getnoticely.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
6A. How to request a refund
Email hello@getnoticely.com with your order number and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
7. Card disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — it is faster than a dispute, and we can usually resolve it the same week. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer instead, we may suspend your account while the dispute is pending, and we will respond with our records of your order, your approval of the letter, and our mailing records.
